Your new role

We are looking for a Qualified Person (QP) to join our centre or excellence manufacturing site, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The site is responsible for manufacturing & packaging of solid (capsule & tablet) and liquid (vial) products which we distribute to over 70 markets worldwide.


As a QP, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Quality & other QP’s in leading Quality activities and culture in relation to our marketed products across the manufacturing, packaging, testing, storage and Global distribution.

As a mid-size company, your ability to influence company strategy within EMEA and on a Global basis is attainable for the right candidates.

What are we looking for?

You will be eligible to act as a QP for UK/EU markets, with demonstrated experience in a QP role supporting the manufacturing & packaging of pharmaceutical products. Experience in oral solid dosage forms is essential as well as some exposure to sterile and/or Biologic products.


As a key role for Eisai, we are looking for an individual with proven leadership skills including the ability to influence & change behaviours; strong communication skills; an advocate for change / improvement; the ability to manage risk and an assertive decision maker.
