Your new role

As a Process Engineer, you will be part of Eisai’s Engineering Team based in our Manufacturing, Packaging & Distribution facilities in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

 

The role offers a brilliant opportunity to provide operational, project & qualification support across the facility in a broad, innovative Engineering environment. This will include:

  • Defining maintenance regimes and working closely with internal Multi-Skilled Engineers, Operators and external Contractors to ensure this is carried out.

  • Involvement in the full life cycle of projects including planning, design, selection & recommendation of equipment, commissioning and reporting. There will also be opportunities to lead elements of projects, advancing to project lead once more established.

  • Undertake Change Management, Deviation Investigation, Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA) activities, root cause analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement projects.

  • Support Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV) activities within the manufacturing / packaging areas at the Hatfield site.

  • Generate and execute IQ / OQ / PQ protocols for site facilities / utilities / equipment and systems.

 

What are we looking for?

You will have experience in an Engineering function gained within a GMP (or equivalent) regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. Pharmaceutical, Food, Energy, FMCG). We are open to Engineers across mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled skill sets.

 

Any experience of project engineering and/or validation would be advantageous, but is not essential.
