Full Job Description

Your new role

As an Analyst in ICT’s Helpdesk Team, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support services to all Eisai sites across Europe.


This broad role will see you working with stakeholders across our head office, R&D, manufacturing & supply chain and wider business functions providing hardware (e.g. laptops, mobile & stationary phones, VC/projectors etc.) & software (e.g. Office 365, SAP etc.) support.


As part of the wider ICT Team, you will also support the maintenance of ITIL, company and ISO standards across the function.


What are we looking for?

You will have demonstrated experience in an ICT Helpdesk Analyst role gained within a highly regulated industry environment. Specific experience in a Pharmaceutical industry or regulatory manufacturing setting would be advantageous but is not essential.


It is essential to have experience as an ITIL practitioner or working in an ITIL helpdesk environment.
