- Pension Scheme
Eisai offers an optional contributory personal pension scheme. Employees contribute a minimum of 5% basic salary per annum and Eisai will contribute an additional 10% per annum of your gross basic salary. Additional Voluntary Contributions can also be made.
- Company Car/Car Allowance
Band-related, leased Company Car, or monthly taxable cash benefit.
- Bonus
You may be entitled to an annual bonus at the Company’s discretion against agreed objectives.
- Private Healthcare Insurance
Eisai offers to cover premium for employee, and employee has option to cover partner / dependants. Employees must complete enrolment form to initiate membership.
- Dental Care
For each employee, Eisai offers to cover the premium for dental insurance, and the employee has the option to cover his/her partner and dependents. Employees must complete an enrolment form to initiate membership.
- Life Assurance Cover
Eisai provides life assurance cover of four times your annual basic salary. Expression of wish forms (nominating your beneficiaries), are available on request.
- Holiday Entitlement
Annual standard holiday entitlement, 24 or 26 days, grade band related. Additional days with length of service after third and fifth anniversaries of joining. Working from home and flexitime policies.
- Professional Memberships
Eisai will pay for up to two memberships, as a taxable benefit, that have been agreed with your manager. These should be claimed through expenses.
- Loyalty Award
To recognise 10 or 15 years service with Eisai.
- Childcare Voucher Scheme
Employees can take advantage of tax and national insurance savings by the purchase of childcare vouchers.
- Referral Bonus
A payment made upon the appointment and successful completion of probationary period of an external applicant referred by an Eisai employee. Bonus between £400-£1000.
- Gym Membership
We have agreed rates with David Lloyd Club and University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield.

- Permanent Health Insurance (PHI)
This benefit may be payable after 26 weeks continuous absence from work due to sickness. Payment is made subject to acceptance of the claim by the insurers. The benefit payable will be based on 66.66% of gross salary subject to a maximum benefit of 75% of your gross salary less the State Long Term Incapacity Benefit.
